I use to think that we got stressed because of negative events in life. While negative events can certainly be stressful, that’s certainly not the whole story. In this talk I share some of my personal experiences and insights into stress, and how we can recognise stress earlier and use simple techniques to reduce it. And if the audience is up for it, there’s opportunity to participate too!
