Hereford & Worcester’s first female paramedic – on the ground and in the air

Stress Medic Midlands Air Ambulance interviewThis continues to be my most popular talk. Find out how I came to join the Ambulance Service to become Hereford & Worcester’s first female paramedic.

At the time this didn’t seem all that fantastic to me. However, 25 years later, the stories, experiences and insights into my work continue to entertain my audiences. From starting off as a young ambulance woman, to becoming a paramedic and being asked to work on the Midlands Air Ambulance. I take you through my highs and lows and explain how it influenced my decision to move on to my current path as The Stress Medic.

As a thank you for subscribing, I will send you my personally developed ‘square breathing technique’. I used this to great effect, with many patients suffering from panic attacks, throughout my 30 year career in the Ambulance Service.

Looking forward to sharing with you,
