An introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is one of my favourite techniques. EFT is a great tool that can enable the release of unhelpful, negative emotions and much more. These emotions can arise from times of intense anxiety, stress or trauma, they can come suddenly, or gradually creep up on you, and sometimes you may have no idea why you feel the way you do.  Because of EFT I am no longer terrified of spiders!

During this talk I demonstrate how I use basic Emotional Freedom Techniques, give  insights into how EFT has benefited me, and invite the audience to try it too.
