Stress relief from a former <strong>paramedic</strong> in Worcestershire

As a Paramedic, during my 30 year career in the Ambulance Service – including working on the West Midlands’ First Air Ambulance – I learned a great deal about working both in stressful situations, and with people suffering from stress, anxiety and trauma.

I understand how overwhelming stress can be, and the impact it can have on health. Personally, I have found medication to be of limited help, because although it can address the symptoms of stress, it doesn’t address the cause.

Working on the Air Ambulance as a ParamedicWhen I was introduced to powerful and proven techniques that recode trauma, cure phobias, and scale down emotions, I was so impressed that I decided to study them for myself.

A life changing decision! Now I’m using these techniques, alongside my experience as a paramedic, to change lives and make the biggest difference as The Stress Medic.
